Hate FB memories

Personally I am starting to hate the Facebook memories thing.
So very little has changed in what I post:

*”time to stop eating sugar” – “working to eat better” – “I failed again and binged”

*”I am upset about all the things I can’t do” – “I am tired and/or sick again” – “I should be working harder to get healthy”

*”the list of foods I can’t eat is huge” – “I am always eating food I shouldn’t but there is so little I can/should eat”

*”I am depressed about my weight/health/mental state” – “I want to create but my mind isn’t working right”

NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT I AM HEAVIER, SICKER AND ANGRIER.
