Opposite schedule

My body is on the absolute opposite schedule as my husband. Right now (until his work schedule changes)  Alex wakes up between 4-5pm works at 7pm, home at about 4am the asleep about 9am
No matter how hard I try to change it my schedule is “become horribly exhausted” at about 5pm no matter how I sleep or don’t during the day, nap off and on (mostly on) til 6am then be awake mostly anyway til 5 pm.
I am hoping we find it is something simple
