Day 9

A lot of us deep inside already know what is wrong with our diets, with our habits and with our relationships but we just can’t seem to take the steps to follow through. 
Maybe we should look at our own lives as if we were looking at a friend’s life, a friend we love and worry about.  Mercilessly examine not just what is being done wrong but why.  Then we can decide what steps to take.
List what is wrong and pick a single aspect of the problem to work on, then another and another as each change works and be willing to make changes to our plans as needed.
My problem is a straight out addiction both physically and mentally to sugar, to sweets to treating my stress and pain and boredom with sweets, I also need to constantly examine what and how much I eat and make changes as I go.
