Day 5

Ends up I need to put high carb savory snacks on my NO list even in tiny amounts as they also trigger carb (sweet or savory) cravings.
I had about 2 oz of chips and not only has MSG kicked my ass but I am feeling even sicker than I was early this morning (Stomach flu type ick)
Still I won’t count it as starting over which leads to the “Well if I have to start over tomorrow I might as well binge today” mentality ” but instead as a lesson learned.
