Slow restart

It has been 2 weeks since I rode more than 10 minutes at the Y, I have felt awful, sleeping and exhausted and weak and not being able to work out has stiffened my leg making it harder to workout when I do.
I have gone from 6 miles in 40 mins at random level 2 (2-6) to 2 miles in 20 mins at level 1.
My goal is to be back where I was in 1 month!
