Keep going, you are already going to hurt might as well get the rewards

At the Y, I know it will hurt like hell tonight regardless of if I do 10 mins or 20 so might as well do 20 since either way the neuropathy spasms will have me doubled over by midnight. Almost out of meds and they said no more tramadol despite the fact I take less than 1 a day. Oh well maybe building the strength in my legs will help or maybe bending those joints will help kill those nerves or heal them or who knows what but sometimes you say “FUCK IT” and keep moving because while it CAN get worse there comes a point where you say oh fucking well.

Oh yeah I seem to be the only person here who works out in a full length black velvet skirt over leggings and full makeup
