1 day a week

I don’t plan to stop exercising but yesterday it just worked out that I did very little (today included walking and bike riding) and last night was amazing, very little pain, no spasms.
I will keep working out but I think I need to give myself 1 day a week off because the spasms are making me a tad crazy and I am starting to fear going to sleep with a passion because they get worse after a hard day and start when I relax
I just want 1 day a week to recharge.
