Good for seasoning

Crunchy (as in VERY VERY CRISP)
Good for seasoning but sickeningly salty for eating alone
Crumbles if you touch it
I got some on clearance and decided to try it, apparently I am not the only one not that impressed.
I baked it the way they suggested and then used it to season quinoa for stuffed mushrooms, a little goes a long long ways.
