High protein banana oatmeal bars

Made this for my grandmother and husband…they love it and it is so good, sadly my fiber hating DS is not amused.
This made thin bars in a 9-11 cake pan

4 cups of quick oats
4 over ripe bananas
1 scoop vanilla (or chocolate) protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use no sugar natural)
3 eggs

oil or butter a cake pan and preheat the over to 325*
In a large bowl mash the peeled bananas together with the protein powder, eggs and peanut butter
Blend in the oats, (you can add raisins, nuts or even chocolate chips if you want but I do it plain)
Spoon into the pan in an even layer and bake for 25-30 mins
Remove from oven and cut into bars.
Makes an amazing breakfast on the go, will last in the fridge for 2 days …if you have extra put them in snack bags and freeze they thaw in a few mins on the counter
