Low carb Protein Mousse

Protein Mousse

1 sm pacakge instant pudding (2 cup size) (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups of milk**
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup whip cream***

in the blender mix milk and protein powder for a few seconds then add cream cheese, blend well for at least 2 minutes then add pudding mix and blend til desolved
Pour into a container then stir in whip cream
**optional** replace 1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk for 1/4 to 1/3  cup of flavored syrup in a complimentary flavor… adjust for taste

***I make my own low carb whip cream by taking 1 cup whipping cream, 1/8th cup sugar and 5-7 packets (teaspoons) of spenda and whipping with an electric whisk til stiff, you can make it with no sugar but it does seem to help the whip cream stand up longer***

For the Holidays I made Chocolate Peppermint Mousse with chocolate pudding and 2 oz peppermint flavor syrup and 1 oz chocolate flavored syrup and an Eggnog Mousse with 3 oz eggnog syrup and 1 oz of Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup and some powdered pumpkin spice
